Are attitudes genetic too?
No, attitudes are not inherited from dna, though family members tend to develop the same traits. After birth, one learns from their role model; whether your mom/dad learned it from their mom/dad. Or whether you were raised to behave a certain way, but also behave differently than your parents in particular situations. As humans, we will learn from our surroundings, the people around us, the way we grew up. Not necessarily must we learn from our family members. The way you act may remind your mother of her dad, because she sees some part in you that portrays someone she is familiar with. However, there are other people out there, that have not met your grandpa either, and they probably have a similar attitude. So not necessarily is attitude inherited, but it is developed in a sense we learn from our environment.
