yes their is the charge of 1kb per second charge it doesn't matter if u are using their service to get the ringtones... so what do i do to cut those charges i go to www.att.com/mediamall there i can hear the ringtones choose on my own time... they when im ready they'll send a message to my phone with the link i hit option and them click go to and them they give me the webpage to download... see if that helps.
