No, they think people that can't afford insurance (not all jobs offer it!), those who have exhausted their lifetime limits and those denied insurance because of pre-existing conditions simply choose to not have insurance. They fail to realize that there are people -- both employed and unemployed) that are legitimately not covered by employer insurance, medicare, medicaid or veteran's insurance. Heaven forbid they actually be allowed to pay for a public option.
