I want to relocate my washer and dryer from the basement to the main floor...?

The trouble is that I want to convert our "3rd" bedroom into a laundry room while we continue to live there. Is there any way to creatively hide the hookups or disemble them to make the room into the "3rd" bedroom again for resale value. Any input and ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
