Please help me. i dont know what to do about this guy.?

i am 14.5 years old and hes 16. i am a freshman and hes a sopre. 3 months ago i found out he likes me. i thought he was cute and wanted to get to know him better so i sent him a friend request on myspace. we instantly clicked and both liked each other. he could always make me laugh and was incredibly sweet to me. he wanted to go on a date with me but i told him about how my parants are strict and i wasnt allowed to date yet but i could have an in school relationship.he said it was ok and my parents rules wouldnt change his feelings for me. We are really shy around each other at school so mostly we talked on im. he was so nice. we used to talk late into the night and he woul keep saying he would ask me out but he was unsure. his friend told me that he wanted to ask me out but he was afraid he wouldnt see me enough outside of school. but he still liked me and he would always im me and he was amazing. one time he listed everything he likes about me.
