Why is not pleasurable?!?

Okay so I lost my virginity to my boyfriend whom I love a lot. But whenever we do anything ual, it doesn't really feel good....ever. Like when we have it doesn't really feel good, like sometimes it feels amazing but usually its boring. After we broke up, I hooked up with another guy, I didn't have with him but he fingered me and it felt kind of good. I'm going to be really honest but does doing ual things not feel that great because I masturbate? Like even before I ever did anything with any guy, I masturbated. My friend said that because I masturbate I'm used to my touch and can only get off to my touch, is that true ? Or am I just overreacting to this? Any advice at all will be really helpful!
